Schedules everyone can see and trust
Rehearsals, calls, and performance dates all live in one single view that’s always up-to-date, instead of a trail of corrected messages, or spreadsheet versioning hell.
Theatre production management
Keep the details that make a production move together in one clear place: rehearsals, people, attendance, and announcements.
Stagely starts with the things theatre companies already understand: shows, rehearsals, calls, cast, crew, roles, availability, and attendance. We’re building it with firsthand experience of the small but persistent coordination problems that appear in almost every production.

Record who’s needed, what the rehearsal is for, and any other details that people should know before they arrive.
Maintain one roster for your cast, creative team, crew, and volunteers, including the roles they hold in the production.
Post a call change or opening night detail where it’ll be visible to everyone.
Not everybody who needs the show schedule needs a Stagely account.
Every production has a second circle of people around it. Parents working out pick-up times, teachers checking a student won’t miss a class, partners and family members trying to establish who’s cooking dinner during tech week.
That’s where the Noticeboard comes in. It’s a view-only web page built for exactly those people. An organiser shares an eight-character code for the show, and the visitor enters it to see the schedule and most important announcements made available through the Noticeboard. It shows everything those people need to know, and nothing that they don’t.
There’s no app to install, and no account to create.
Stagely is currently in limited beta, with real theatre groups helping us to shape it with the features they need. The essential parts of the app are ready to use, but some areas still have rough edges.
If Stagely sounds useful for your theatre group, and you’d like to join us in bringing it to life, we’d love to hear from you.
